Under Eigen's pro-active Partners in Performance Plan, experienced Service Engineers monitor system hardware and software functions each week. This service means that potential problems can be taken care of before they become critical. Eigen technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Weekly system checks on software.

1. Checks for proper System configuration and errors.
2. Checks for Application errors.
3. Check Event Logs (System and Application) for any anomalies.
4. Make corrections where necessary.
5. Perform routine application maintenance to ensure peak efficiency.
6. Notify Specialist when local intervention is necessary.

Weekly system checks on hardware.

1. Problems or failures on Hard disks, Controller board, Power Supplies, and UPS.
2. Checks remaining capacity on Hard disk storage.
3. Checks remaining capacity on Tape Drive.
4. Check if Tape Drive head cleaning is required.
5. Check for proper Back-up status.
6. Notify Specialist when local intervention is necessary.

Management of the extended workstation hardware limited warranty.

Software updates that do not require hardware upgrade.
Travel and Expenses are extra if on-site visit is required.
