This service means that potential problems can be taken care of before they become critical. Eigen technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Eigen believes that systems engineered to provide superior patient care demand exceptional customer care. Over the years, the Eigen customer service team has consistently received high marks. Never more than a phone call away, Eigen technicians are available around the clock. The 12-month Limited Warranty includes parts, labor and on-site service
for hardware. On-site service for hardware is provided within the next
business day (standard), and the service agreement can be upgraded to
a 4-hour response. Critical computers are covered by a Pre-Failure Warranty
for hard drives, memory and processors. |
